The Gender Equity in Private Equity initiative aims to build the largest fact set about US private equity investment professional gender representation.
The project is co-organized by Michael Ewens of Columbia Business School, the Level20 team, and Jill Fink of Three Cairns Group. The data team is supported by Emmanuel Yimfor (Columbia Business School), Joseph Choi (Columbia Business School), and Shiyang Chi (Columbia Business School).
